I had a dozen roses delivered for our 35th anniversary. Beautiful arrangement! One rose did not cooperate the next day and Gregory jumped all over it by immediately replacing the wilted with a new. They also gave me a 2nd rose for the trouble. Very nice people to work with.

Wonderful product and wonderful service. I loved the feature of sending a picture of the actual arrangement before it went out. It was a beautiful bouquet that the recipient loved.
